| Registration Obligations. |

When you sign up to the service, you agree to provide true, accurate , current and complete information about yourself as requested in the registration form, maintain and regularly update the registration data in order to keep it current and complete.
Photoserv.co.uk values and respects the privacy and security of its users, especially minors. Parents are requested to please supervise their children's access to, and usage of, the internet. This Service is designed to reach a wide audience and, that as legal guardians of their children, it is their responsibility to determine which Service is appropriate or not for them and for monitoring how they use it.

| User Account, Password and Security. |

When you complete the registration form, you will receive a user account name and a password. You are responsible for the confidential aspect of your account and your password, as well as all transactions made on your account and/or with your password. You must inform photoserv of any unauthorized use of your account immediately. Disconnect fully from the site after end of each user session.
Photoserv cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage occurred due to unauthorized or miss-use of your account or your password.

On most on line printing services and products that are in stock, 2 to 4 day delivery service is available and on special services like image restoration and manipulation services including digital wedding templates, 5 to 9 working day service is offered. Delivery times depend upon the complexity of the job but you will be notified by mail the expected times of completion and delivery times if it will be any longer than above times
If an item is out of stock we will get hold of it as quickly as possible and when we receive it, will forward on 2 to 4 day delivery service.
Special products not normally kept in stock and ordered on request will be forwarded upon receipt and you will be notified by mail of delivery times. The partner companies who deliver direct to our customers will notify if an item is out of stock and the customer will be informed of delivery times as soon as the item becomes available.
For on line services to the trade and or public where the final image has been delivered on line after customer approval, No refund, return or cancellation will be accepted. Upon approval prints will be dispatched by mail on 2 to 4 day delivery service unless prior alternative arrangements have been made

| On-line orders within UK. |
|
For all printing orders, one base rate for packaging and postage is charged per order regardless of order value.
No matter what quantity of same product type is purchased, delivery is only charged for the one product of same type. But different types of products purchased in the same order will be charged separately.
We accept all major credit cards, we will not take payment until your order is ready for dispatch.

| Post and packaging for customers out side the UK: |

Delivery charges quoted for out side UK on this site are only intended as a guide. We reserve the right to modify charges should they be significantly different to those estimated. In this case we will inform you should this be necessary.
If the delivery charges are likely to be significantly different to those estimated on our site we will contact you, with the option of paying the exact charges or canceling/modifying your order, you may contact us to find out the precise charge of delivery before placing on line order by many ways available on our contact page.

| Return and Cancellation Policy |

We wish you to be satisfied with our services but we do have strict return and cancellations policy in order to make sure that our services are not abused.
Any products that you have received and you feel you are not satisfied please return within 5 days of delivery date and we will replace , exchange or refund at your request - subject to the following conditions:-

Change of mind is not an acceptable reason
The products must be returned with all original accessories, packaging, instructions etc and not have been used. We reserve the right to check before refund is made. Customer has to pay for the postage charges to return products. ( print complaint form ) |

Prior to replacement or refund photoserv reserves the right to have the goods inspected by qualified technician / original manufacturer
All digital products can only be accepted if the seal on software is unbroken. If we detect the seal tempered with than we will not make a refund and customer will have to pay the delivery charges for us to send the items back to the customer. |

You must return any free gifts or promotion received with the product being returned.
A proof of purchase must be supplied.
Items that develop a fault after 7 working days will be covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty.
Return or refund offer is not available to on line printing services Or to any film or sensitized materials or any special bespoke products made on special orders. |

Photo Restoration Services. Return / Refund policy on restoration service is not applicable since customer does not pay any money in advance. Customer views and inspects the repaired and watermarked image fully before any payment is made to photoserv. You have the right to order modifications or any changes required to such images before approval of it and down loading final image or files without watermark. once authorised by the customer and the image is released without watermark, customer can easily download, copy and print such images or files, therefore no return / refund / replacement is accepted once the job has been accepted by the customer. |
